I can not log in. Login issues with my website.

Solution Several corporations do install security measures in place that prevent all features of the internet from working. Such as log in to your yahoo or gmail accounts. This happens very rarely and in a high security environment such as the pentagon and such.

In computing, a cookie (also browser cookie, computer cookie, tracking cookie, web cookie, internet cookie, and HTTP cookie) is a small string of text stored on a user's computer by a web browser. A cookie consists of one or more name-value pairs containing bits of information such as user preferences, shopping cart contents, the identifier for a server-based session, or other data used by websites.

Most modern browsers allow users to decide whether to accept cookies, and the time frame to keep them, but rejecting cookies makes some websites unusable. For example, shopping carts or login systems implemented using cookies do not work if cookies are disabled.

Therefore, please make sure your browser has cookies enabled, before you go and consult your network administrator. LOGIN and PASSWORD are CASE SENSITIVE in most cases and applications, please be careful when entering your credentials.

Here is a small manual how to enable your cookies in Internet Explorer:
- Go to "TOOLS" (uper menu of IE Window)
- Go to "Internet Options"
- Select "Privacy" TAB
- Set option "Accept All Cookies" by moving the tip down.

If you still experience difficulties with log in into your website or application please place a trouble ticket or call our specialist.
